JEM Dining’s divine yeast rolls have since been replaced on the current menu, but you can still make them at home.
Le Bon Appétit brought a crowd of hundreds to Downtown Memphis, where they sampled offerings from 28 chefs and drinks from four mixologists.
Two local eateries will temporarily close their doors, but a worldwide bakery franchise is now open for business.
“One thing we’ve all learned since the pandemic is that change is the only constant,” restaurateur Deni Reilly said.
The Edge District restaurant JEM Dining offers “new American fare with global influences” and lots of thoughtful touches to add to customers’ enjoyment.
“Eclectic” is an overused term, but it’s a good word for when hamachi crudo, chicken liver pate, spinach dip and a double cheeseburger all appear on the same menu.
The 3,400-square-foot restaurant will seat 49 people plus have patio space outside when finished.
